..... production of my digipak

We originally wanted to use the paper bag theme for our album cover, which would show continuity throughout our media products.

This was used within our muisc video
From the image above we tried to recreate it as an album front cover, however it wasnt working as we couldn't transfer the 3D effect on to photoshop. so we went back to the drawing board for some new ideas....


... like this one, it's simple yet bold at the same time. The font for the band name is also used by the Linkin Park's album cover minutes to midnight. the background colour did not have any relevants to to our previous products so we changed it to white. Just like our paper back heads.

As we used the colour of the paperbag head we wanted to also add the crumpled effect. We realised after that one of our evaultion questions wanted us to show how por video related to our ancillary texts, which meant we had to be consistent through all our medi products. For that reson we added faded still shots from our music video into the back cover of the album covers front and back.
